The
National Management College, Lahore is basically
divided into three wings. These are as follows:
Training Wing
Training
Wing is headed by a Chief Instructor.
The wing comprises of faculty (Directing Staff),
Directing Staff (Training & Coordination), Deputy
Director (Training & Coordination) and other support
Staff. The wing is responsible for planning, organizing and
conducting the National Management Course (NMC) in accordance with the approved
curriculum under the direction of the Principal. Faculty
members are required to attend all training activities
without exception. The wing provides all the required
training support to the DSs and participants.
Research
and Development Wing
Research
Wing is headed by Director General (Research &
Development). The wing comprises Senior & Junior Research
Associates. Conduct
of workshops, seminars and briefings to the visiting
delegations fall within the purview of this wing. Publication
of the College Handbook and College Journal too is the
responsibility of the Research Wing.
In addition to all research related activities (which
do not include assisting the participants in their work),
correspondence with various inland & foreign institutes
for necessary affiliation/collaboration and exchange of
intellectual inputs is also handled by this Wing.
Administration
Wing
This
Wing is headed by Directing Staff (Administration). He is
assisted by Director Administration, Deputy Director General
Admin & other supporting staff. The wing is responsible
for maintenance and upkeep of college assets and to provide
administrative support to other two wings for smooth conduct
of training activities. Financial Management also falls
within the purview of this wing.
